College Vacation Dance and Spanish Intensive

Come dance, practice your Spanish, and explore the wonders of Argentina!
January is summertime in Buenos Aires! DanceAbroad offers a 2- week dance and Spanish intensive in January. Students may attend this program during their college winter vacation and return home in time for college classes to begin. Each day, students will participate in 2-3 dance classes, followed by a Spanish class taught by a DanceAbroad Spanish tutor. After classes, students have free time to explore the city and attend organized cultural events and outings. Group housing is provided for this program. Our college vacation intensive is a great introduction to study abroad, the city of Buenos Aires, and the culture of Argentina.
Pre-departure services:
- Enrollment and financial aid assistance.
- Guidance with travel plans and airline ticket purchase.
- Pre-departure information and living expenses budget.
Arrival and on-site services:
- Airport greeting and pickup.
- Orientation packet including: subway card, city maps, general information
- Extensive on-site orientation.
- Dance classes: Monday through Friday
- Group Spanish lessons.
- Housing in a group house with other DanceAbroad students.
- Excursions and cultural events:
La Boca.
Various milongas and tango shows.
Group dinners and social events.
Museum tours including: MALBA, Manzana de las luces, MACBA, and MAMBA.
Recoleta and Palermo.
Tigre river delta.
Post-program services:
- Farewell dinner.
- Airport drop-off.
